As a healthcare professional at our hospital, your primary responsibility will be to monitor and manage patient care in the hospital wards. You will conduct regular patient rounds and update treatment plans as per consultant instructions. Administering medications and providing emergency medical care when required will also be part of your daily tasks. You will be expected to assist in medical procedures and coordinate with senior doctors and nursing staff to ensure the best possible care for our patients. Maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring proper documentation is essential for providing high-quality healthcare services. In addition, you must ensure compliance with hospital protocols and patient safety guidelines at all times. Effective communication with patients and their families regarding treatment and recovery progress is also a crucial aspect of this role. This is a full-time position with a rotational shift schedule. The work location will be in person at our hospital premises.
