Job Description

Need a Ward nurses for a reputed hospital in Ghaziabad. Job Summary: The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient health, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with the medical team to ensure high-quality, safe, and compassionate care. Key Responsibilities: · Deliver daily nursing care and monitor vital signs · Administer medications and observe patient reactions · Maintain patient records and documentation · Assist doctors during procedures and emergencies · Educate patients and families on care and recovery · Follow infection control and safety protocols · Support in admissions, discharges, and patient transfers Requirements: · GNM or B.Sc. Nursing · Registered with State Nursing Council · Good clinical knowledge, communication skills, and teamwork · Experience: 3-5 years (as per hospital requirement) Job Type: Permanent Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month Schedule: Rotational shift Work Location: In person
