Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting. Must have skills : Network Operations & Service Management Good to have skills : Network Infrastructures, Cisco Firewall, Fortinet FortiGate Firewall Minimum 3 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Non-Production Environment Engineer, you will be responsible for the build, configuration, maintenance, and support of our critical development, testing, and staging environments. You will work closely with development and QA teams to understand their infrastructure needs, provision and manage compute, storage, and networking resources, implement automation strategies for environment provisioning and management, troubleshoot environment-related issues, and ensure the stability and reliability of these non-production landscapes to facilitate efficient software development and testing cycles. Your focus will be on optimizing these environments for performance, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to security best practices, ultimately contributing to the faster and higher-quality delivery of our products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the implementation of technology at the operating system level across all server and network areas. - Engage in basic and intermediate level troubleshooting for hardware and software issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Operations & Service Management. WAN: WAN Routers, Optimizers/Accelerators, Load Balancers LAN: Switches, Routers, WLCs and WAPs Security and Remote Access services: Firewalls, VPN design and solutions - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Network Infrastructures, Cisco Firewall, Fortinet FortiGate Firewall. - Strong understanding of network protocols and services. - Experience with monitoring and managing network performance. - Familiarity with incident management and service request processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Network Operations & Service Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
