Job Description:

Sindhu Matric Higher Secondary School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Vice Principal to join our administrative team. The Vice Principal will play a crucial role in supporting the Principal in the overall management and leadership of the school, ensuring a safe, effective, and positive learning environment for our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Principal in the daily operations and administration of the school.
• Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure alignment with educational standards.
• Manage student discipline and enforce school policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and supervise school events and extracurricular activities.
• Support teacher development through observations, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
• Handle parent and community relations to foster a supportive school community.
• Assist in budget planning, resource allocation, and financial management.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and educational policies.
• Step in for the Principal in their absence and handle all responsibilities effectively.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Education or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or administrative role.
• Strong understanding of educational administration and curriculum development.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle student discipline and conflict resolution.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and administrative software.
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.
