WANTED TELE CALLERS

Job Purpose:

To handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, provide information to patients and attendants, fix appointments, follow up on patient queries, and support smooth communication between patients and the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information regarding hospital services, doctors’ availability, OP timings, and procedures.
• Make outbound calls to patients for appointment reminders, feedback collection, and follow-ups.
• Register patient details in the hospital software accurately.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure proper communication.
• Handle patient inquiries politely and resolve issues or escalate them to the concerned department.
• Maintain call records, patient details, and follow-up status.
• Assist in promoting hospital health check-up packages, camps, and awareness programs over the phone.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: Any Degree / Diploma
• Good communication skills in Tamil & English (knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Hospital Management Software).
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer care (healthcare/hospital experience preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
