Job Description

Job Summary:

The Junior Graphic Designer will assist in creating engaging and visually appealing designs for both digital and print media. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to follow brand guidelines while supporting the design team with various creative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in designing social media graphics, flyers, brochures, posters, and banners.
Support in developing creative content for websites, email campaigns, and advertisements.
Modify and revise existing designs based on feedback.
Ensure all designs align with brand standards and visual guidelines.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and other teams to understand project requirements.
Maintain an organized library of design assets and files.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
0-2 years of relevant design experience.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
Basic knowledge of video editing tools is a plus.
Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills.
Good attention to detail and time management.
Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback effectively.
