Key Responsibilities
Design creatives for print & digital:
Banners, flex, brochures, visiting cards, certificates, mementos, social media posts
Prepare print-ready files (CMYK, bleed, margins, correct sizes)
Coordinate with production team to avoid design-to-print errors
Handle multiple jobs daily with speed and accuracy
Make revisions quickly based on client or internal feedback
Maintain basic design consistency across brands
What We Expect (Non-Negotiable)
Strong working knowledge of:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator/ Corel Draw
Clear understanding of:
CMYK vs RGB
Resolution, bleed, margins, file formats
Ability to work fast without sacrificing accuracy
Willingness to take feedback without ego
Basic English reading & writing (client briefs, instructions)
