Wanted Cold caller

We are seeking Cold Callers who can reach out to potential clients, introduce our products/services, and generate qualified leads. The role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to convert cold leads into interested prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to potential customers.
• Introduce and explain company products/services.
• Generate qualified leads and pass them on to the sales team.
• Follow call scripts, handle objections, and maintain professionalism.
• Record customer details, conversations, and feedback in CRM.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead-generation targets.
• Build rapport with prospects for long-term engagement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months – 2 years’ experience in telecalling / cold calling / lead generation (freshers with good communication may also apply).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (regional languages are a plus).
• Strong convincing power and confidence to handle rejections.
• Target-driven and motivated to earn incentives.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
