Wanted Chief Warden

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all residential facilities.
• Supervise wardens, assistant wardens, and housekeeping staff.
• Ensure proper maintenance of accommodation and communal areas.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols and emergency evacuation procedures.
• Coordinate with security personnel for regular patrolling and surveillance.
• Maintain records of incidents, emergencies, and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor adherence to rules and regulations of the facility.
• Investigate and take action on violations of conduct.
• Recommend disciplinary actions to the administration if necessary.
• Act as a bridge between residents and management.
• Coordinate with medical, maintenance, and food services for smooth functioning.
• Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in any discipline (preferably in management, administration, or social sciences).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or administrative role.
• Background in law enforcement, military, or hostel/residential management is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
