Job SummaryAs the first point of contact for our clinic, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive patient experience. This dual-role position involves managing all front-desk operations and handling prospective patient inquiries via phone to convert them into booked consultations. The ideal candidate will be professional, empathetic, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Key ResponsibilitiesReception Duties

  • Greet & Welcome: Warmly greet and check-in walk-in patients, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Appointment Management: Manage the appointment calendar, which includes scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling appointments for consultations and procedures in person and via phone.
  • Patient Intake: Ensure all necessary patient information, registration, and consent forms are completed and updated accurately in the clinic's CRM or patient management software.
  • Clinic Environment: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and waiting area.
  • Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks such as receiving mail/deliveries, managing office supplies inventory, and coordinating with the medical team and management.
  • Billing Support: Process patient payments, collect co-pays, and maintain accurate financial records.

Telecaller Duties

  • Inbound & Outbound Calls: Manage a high volume of incoming calls and make outbound calls to follow up with leads generated from online ads, social media, and the website.
  • Inquiry Management: Provide detailed and accurate information about the clinic's services, including hair transplants, PRP, and other hair restoration treatments.
  • Lead Conversion: Persistently follow up on leads and effectively explain treatment options and packages to convert inquiries into confirmed consultation bookings.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the patient database/CRM with accurate call records, follow-up statuses, and conversion details.
  • Customer Service: Address patient queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating complex issues to medical staff when necessary.
  • Targets: Strive to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, lead conversions, and appointment bookings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,137.12 per month
