NTT DATA is looking for a Routing and Switching- Network Support Analyst to join the team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India. As a Network Support Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing technical networking issues, and providing recommendations. You will participate in daily operations meetings to ensure compliance and meet SLA for the respective sites and service area. Supporting customer environments on a 24x7x365 basis is a key aspect of this role. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting routing protocols like RIP, EIGRP, and OSPF. Knowledge of Network Monitoring Tools such as Voyence and Solarwind is mandatory. Additionally, candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in network support and/or network operations. Ability to apply principles, theories, and concepts related to networking disciplines is essential. A full understanding of WAN/LAN internetworking, including design elements, protocol interoperability, network architecture development, and testing requirements is required. Advanced knowledge of platform operating systems, LAN, WAN, router protocols, and wireless infrastructures is a must. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and strong customer service skills. Candidates should be able to work well within a team, adapt easily to change, and have a history of working unsupervised while achieving required goals. A minimum of CCNA level certification is necessary, along with a B.Tech. or Any Graduate degree. Good troubleshooting skills, customer-facing skills, and good verbal and written communication skills are desired.
