Key Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field. Proven experience in the CCTV and security systems industry. Strong knowledge of CCTV technologies including analog, IP, hybrid systems, video analytics, and remote monitoring. Familiarity with brands like Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, Axis, etc. Working knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, PoE, fiber optics, and wireless surveillance. Experience in managing small technical teams or installation crews is a plus. Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients and team members.
