The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial accounts, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to strategic financial decision-making. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management, auditing, taxation, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Analysis Prepare, review, and analyse financial statements in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making. Taxation & Compliance Oversee tax planning and compliance to ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations. Prepare and file corporate tax returns, VAT, and other statutory tax submissions. Conduct regular audits to ensure tax liabilities are optimized and compliant. Auditing & Internal Controls Plan and conduct internal and external audits to assess financial operations and controls. Identify areas for cost savings, process improvements, and financial efficiency. Review and update internal financial controls and policies. Budgeting & Forecasting Prepare and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis. Collaborate with various departments to align financial strategies with business objectives. Financial Strategy & Planning Work closely with senior management to develop long-term financial plans. Advise on strategic business decisions, investment opportunities, and cost management strategies. Risk Management & Compliance Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and other relevant guidelines. Team Leadership & Development Mentor and manage junior finance team members. Conduct training sessions on financial reporting, tax compliance, and accounting best practices. Required Qualifications Education : Chartered Accountant (CA) certification from a recognized institution. Experience : Minimum 0 to 1 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or finance. Technical Skills : Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Tally, etc.) and MS Office (Advanced Excel). Knowledge : In-depth understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations. Other : Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills. Preferred Skills Knowledge of international accounting and auditing standards. Experience in managing cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
