Are you a highly organised administrator with corporate experience? Do you enjoy juggling multiple tasks, supporting team members, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for a proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll play a key part in assisting the managing director with their day-to-day activities and supporting the team with admin across bookkeeping, invoicing, projects and HR duties. Oversee office management tasks, including employee records, paperwork, and project documentation Prepare monthly cashflow statement, BRS(bank reconciliation statement) and invoices Assist in regular tax filing- GST, TDS Arrange travel, meetings and maintain attendance and leave records Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees Facilitate communication between departments to ensure efficient service delivery Duties will develop as the role progresses. ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED- Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative/office management role or accounts assistant position Education- Graduate & above; preferably B.Com Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), PDF, Gmail and Tally Prime Languages - English, Hindi, Kannada (preferable, but not compulsory) Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills Office working hours are 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday), 9am to 1pm(Saturday); and should be able to travel to Electronic city(Konappa Agrahara) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹270,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
