We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and attracting top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, strong communication skills, and experience in full-cycle recruitment processes. This position plays a vital role in building a high-performing team and supporting our growth objectives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition : Source candidates through various channels including job portals (e.g., Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, employee referrals, and networking events; create compelling job postings and advertisements. Screening & Interviewing : Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers; administer assessments and background checks as needed. Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to offer negotiation and onboarding; ensure a positive candidate experience throughout.
