About the Role We are looking for an experienced and regulatory-savvy Product Manager to lead the onboarding product charter for Savings Bank Accounts (SBA) and Prepaid Payment Instruments (PPI/Wallets) at Airtel Payments Bank. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a banking or regulated fintech setup and a strong track record in building end-to-end digital KYC and onboarding journeys, including Biometric e-KYC, OTP KYC, Video KYC, and wallet onboarding (min/full KYC). This role requires a mix of product expertise, regulatory understanding, and cross-functional execution skills to build compliant, scalable, and customer-friendly onboarding experiences. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end product roadmap for Savings Account and PPI Wallet onboarding across all digital and assisted channels. Design, build, and continuously improve journeys such as: Full KYC Savings Account Onboarding (Biometric, OTP, Paper) Full KYC and Minimum KYC Wallet Onboarding Face Auth / Video KYC onboarding Re-KYC and KYC refresh journeys Biometric e-KYC and AUA/KUA architecture Passbook/Statement Access Dormancy Removal/Reactivation Flows Translate RBI, UIDAI, PPI Master Direction, and PMLA circulars into product requirements and ensure end-to-end compliance. Work closely with compliance, legal, technology, design, ops, and business teams to ship compliant and customer-centric products. Ensure KYC success rates, funnel conversion, onboarding time, and drop-offs are continuously monitored and optimized. Manage the integration with UIDAI (AUA/KUA), CERSAI, CKYCR, and other onboarding ecosystem players. Enable automation, self-serve tools, and real-time validations to reduce friction in the onboarding experience. Represent product during internal and regulatory audits, ensuring accurate and confident articulation of processes.
