Qualification : B.E. in Civil Engineering Experience : 3 - 4 Years Location : Pune, Maharashtra Job type : Full-Time What You’ll Do: Oversee and execute on-site construction activities for residential and commercial projects Collaborate with architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success Monitor site progress, conduct quality checks, and ensure timely completion Prepare BOQs, site reports, and assist in planning and scheduling Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes Skills Required: Solid understanding of RCC work, finishing activities, and on-site coordination Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project management tools Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines
