Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Telecalling Team Leader to manage and guide our telecalling team. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to achieve sales/target goals through effective team management. Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telecallers to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets. Train new team members on scripts, products, and customer handling. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching. Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and customer service guidelines. Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues effectively. Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and share with management. Maintain a positive work environment and encourage teamwork.
