Role & responsibilities : Skills : 1. Should have experience in managing at least 300 labours. 2. Prior Experience in working with contractors in construction companies. Key Accountability/Role and Responsibilities (Should be a Part of the KRA for Variable Pay) 1. Labour Mobilisation & Demobilisation 2. Facility Management at Camp & Arrangement of labour hut at camp 3. Maintain Attendance register for labour Activities he will Carry out. 1. Manage labour camp, logistics including providing accommodations and arranging medical and first aid activities as and when required 2. Maintaining labor attendance register, gate pass, time sheet. 3. Managing food stock hygiene cleaning & water supply at labor camp 4. Insuring compliance with safety regulation, maintaining fire extinguisher and monitoring transportation of labour. 5. Collecting labours photograhs & aadhar card and keeping record (Contractor wise records) 6. Closely working with site HR & Admin for labor compliance 7. Managing Mess of site staff 8.
