Walk In - Planning Engineer - Gurugram (At Site) (Residential Project)

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities : Review and understand relevant documentation & conditions pertaining to the project. Responsible for planning of project activities and all resource planning i.e, material planning, manpower planning, machinery planning and monitoring regularly. Preparation of periodic progress reports( DPR ) and monitoring. Establish project control procedures & identify all the level of resources required. Review overall projects status, ensure all cost and prepare planning and document control reports. Scheduling of project though MSP & Primavera tools, tracking and monitoring of the Project to facilitate timely completion of project. Conducting the weekly, monthly progress review meetings with client & vendors. Conducting the coordination meeting with all stakeholders at single platform to address the coordination issues. Tender management with tracking tender preparation of BOQ & Contract condition. Conducting pre-qualification works for vendor approval. Prepare cash-flow, construction schedule & other requirements. Preparing weekly, monthly and Quarterly progress report. Highlighting project synopsis, progress & risks/challenges. Handling the Planning Module and Execution Module in ERP both Sub-contractors work orders and Client Bills Desired Candidate Profile Assesses change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk. Identifying project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks. Weekly Site visit/meeting with vendors to review the progress and hindrances. Coordinating with Architect and other consultant for any query/issue relate to site. Coordinating with Purchase Department for Materials & PR/PO & Material procurement.
