Walk In - Plumbing Foreman - (6th - 12 Oct)

Role & responsibilities

Skills :

• Working knowledge of residential township (STP, WTP, Rain Harvesting system, RCC water tank, Sump tank)
• Identification of Plumbing material & Specification as per CPWD norms and IS codes

Key Accountability/Role and Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with plumbing codes.
• Execution of Plumbing work as per drawing
• Ensure coordinated service plan, drawings & execution as well
• Water calculation chart, Hydraulic calculation of water supply rain water, sewerage, DG Fume pipe.
• Ensuring consultant, deliverable along with quality check
• To adhere project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with plumbing codes.
• Day to day execution of plumbing work as per drawing
• Coordination with Purchase, Inventory, Planning department regularly.
• To help and assist plumbing engineer to prepare periodically MIS of Plumbing activities, Work done, Purchase requisition, Water calculation Chart, Hydraulic calculation of water supply
• Preparing MIS of material received as per PO.
• To raise purchase requisition for plumbing material required at site.
