Key Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition:

  Proactively identify, approach, and acquire new retail customers through direct selling, field visits, and local networking.

• Target Achievement:

  Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the bank.

• Product Pitching:

  Effectively explain and promote various retail banking products and services to prospective customers.

• Lead Generation:

  Conduct market mapping, cold calling, and ground activities to generate a consistent pipeline of quality leads.

• Customer Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction, repeat business, and positive word-of-mouth.

• Documentation & Compliance:

  Ensure accurate completion of customer application forms, documentation, and KYC verification in adherence to bank guidelines.

• Reporting:

  Maintain daily sales reports, tracking leads, conversions, and customer feedback for review.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education:

  HSC

  /

  Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Postgraduate preferred).

• Experience:

  0 to 3 years of experience in direct sales, field sales, retail sales, or business development (freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply).

• Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• High energy levels with a strong drive for target achievement.
• Good local market knowledge and willingness to travel for field sales.
• Customer-centric attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
