Walk-in || IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for technical positions.
• Understand job requirements from hiring managers and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through

  Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, Job Portals, Social Media, and Employee Referrals

  .
• Screen resumes and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Conduct HR screening and schedule interviews with technical panels and hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview processes and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Negotiate salary, notice period, and offer details with candidates.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Meet hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.

Required Skills

• Experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
