About the Role
IT Recruiter
This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced recruiters to develop their recruitment skills and build a successful career in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to offer rollout.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and technical skills.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates experience, communication skills, availability, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring teams to ensure timely feedback and closure.
- Negotiate compensation and coordinate offer discussions with selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- 0 - 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Basic understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and recruitment processes.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn is an advantage.
- Strong sourcing, coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and achieve recruitment targets.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of IT technologies and job profiles.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment trackers.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize hiring requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
