Job Description

Title : Accounts Executive

We are looking for a motivated Fresher/Junior Accountant to support daily accounting tasks and assist

the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day accounting entries (purchase, sales, receipts, payments).
Data entry and record maintenance in Tally/Excel.
Support in bank reconciliation and ledger posting.
Help in preparing GST and TDS working under senior guidance.
Maintain proper documentation and file management.
Assist in preparing basic reports and statements.
Coordinate with internal departments for collecting required data.
Support senior accountants during audits and month-end activities.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Basic understanding of accounting concepts.
Knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime (preferred).
Good working knowledge of Excel (Vlookup, Pivot preferred but not mandatory).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com or pursuing commerce-related courses.
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are eligible.
