Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and tech-savvy Customer Support Specialists to support Google Ads advertisers through Phone, Email, and Chat channels. Candidates should be capable of troubleshooting advertiser issues, providing customer-centric solutions, and working in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

Mandatory Eligibility

-12+ months of experience in Digital Marketing. Experience in voice/chat queues is an added advantage

Common Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills.
Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
Work from Office (Gurgaon/Hyderabad).

Preferred Skills

Hands-on Digital Marketing experience.
Customer Service / BPO experience (added advantage)
Understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Merchant Center.
Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.
Ability to work across Phone, Chat, and Email support channels.
Comfortable using AI-enabled tools and multiple systems simultaneously.
