This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical Manager located in Kolkata. The Mechanical Manager will oversee daily mechanical engineering tasks, manage and lead a team, coordinate project management activities, and ensure the efficient functioning of mechanical, and plumbing systems within the factory premises. The role involves regular monitoring of equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. Strong Mechanical Engineering, Proven experience in Team Management and Project Management Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Ability to work on-site in Kolkata and effectively manage factory operations Experience in the manufacturing or chemical industry is a plus such as Read lead, Grey oxide mills, stabilizer unit & PVC industry ( one pack unit).
