This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables. Present menus and explain food and beverage options. Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar. Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally. Ensure tables are clean, tidy, and set up properly before and after service. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests politely. Refill water, beverages, and bread baskets as needed. Process bills and handle cash/card transactions. Follow hygiene, food safety, and grooming standards. Work closely with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service.
