Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Engage with Children (Aged 2–8 Years): Facilitate structured club sessions designed to support early childhood development. Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe environment where every child feels seen, heard, and encouraged. Conduct Daily Activities: Lead fun, interactive, and age-appropriate activities as per the provided program material. Support children’s communication, creativity, social-emotional skills, and physical coordination through guided play and learning sessions. Ensure Program Implementation: Follow the structured curriculum and activity guide shared during training. Utilize the provided resources and materials effectively to maintain consistency and quality. Attend Training and Team Briefings: Participate in all required onboarding, training, and periodic refresher sessions. Stay updated on program goals, child engagement strategies, and safety protocols. Maintain a Safe and Supportive Environment: Monitor child behavior, ensuring safety, well-being, and respectful interaction among all participants. Handle minor conflicts with care and escalate any major concerns to the program coordinator. Engage with Parents and Guardians (as needed): Provide brief updates or share feedback about children’s participation when required. Represent the club positively and professionally in all parent-facing interactions. Commitment to Daily Participation Be punctual and consistent with the 4-hour evening commitment. Communicate proactively with the team in case of any unavoidable absence. Model Positive Behavior Serve as a role model, demonstrating enthusiasm, kindness, and responsible conduct to inspire young minds.
