Job Purpose: The Payroll Executive is responsible for assisting with the accurate and timely processing of payroll for the companys employees. This role involves supporting payroll, employee benefits, reimbursements and settlements, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with payroll policies. The Payroll Executive works closely with the Accounts Manager and the HR department to ensure smooth payroll operations and address employee payroll-related queries. Key Responsibilities: 1.Assist in the processing of payroll, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes. 2.Validate payroll records, including employee information, salary changes, and attendance data and escalate to account manager and HR department accordingly. 3.Help ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and internal company policies. 4.Assist with employee queries regarding payroll. 5.Support the reconciliation of payroll accounts and assist in resolving discrepancies. 6.Coordinate with HR to ensure payroll inputs are accurate, including new hires, terminations, and leave management. 7.Assist in preparing basic payroll reports for review by the Accounts Manager. 8.Participate in month end and year-end payroll activities, including tax filings and preparation of relevant documents. 9.Support the continuous improvement of payroll processes under the guidance of the Accounts Manager. 10.Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll data. 11.Any other tasks in line with his role as assigned by the line manager.
