As a Trainee Illustrator at Infopro Learning, you will utilize your strong foundation in fine arts and digital illustration to create realistic artworks for various projects. Your role involves collaborating with the creative team, contributing to real client projects, and gaining hands-on experience in the field. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about realistic art, anatomy, and digital rendering. Your key responsibilities will include creating realistic illustrations such as characters, backgrounds, and assets with correct anatomy, lighting, and shadows. You will organize and refine artwork into animation-ready layers using tools like Photoshop and Illustrator. Adapting existing designs to project requirements, incorporating feedback to maintain quality standards, and experimenting with AI-assisted design workflows are also part of your role. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) or equivalent qualification and showcase a strong portfolio of realistic digital artworks. Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, along with knowledge of anatomy, rendering techniques, and digital layering, is essential. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, along with clearing a machine test, are key requirements for this position. Preferred skills such as traditional sketching, storyboarding, basic animation or motion graphics, and familiarity with Wacom/pen tablets are advantageous. As a Trainee Illustrator, you will have the opportunity to convert to a full-time role upon successful completion of the contract.
