Role & responsibilities Production Management: Oversee and optimize daily factory workflows to maximize output and efficiency, including production scheduling and resource allocation. Team Leadership: Supervise production teams, ensuring smooth coordination and addressing any issues that may arise. Quality Control: Enforce quality standards, inspect finished products, and collaborate with quality control managers to establish and execute processes. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve production, quality, or safety issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing disruptions. Cost Management: Apply knowledge of furniture price calculation to improve cost control and profitability, including negotiations with vendors. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensure timely deliveries, and coordinate with the supply chain. Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to streamline factory operations and improve efficiency. Reporting and Analysis: Analyze production data, prepare reports, and communicate findings to key decision-makers. Employee Management: Hire, train, and supervise employees, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive work environment. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: Experience in the furniture or design industry, preferably in manufacturing. Skills: Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills. Technical Skills: Knowledge of production scheduling, supply chain management, and quality control. Soft Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. Languages: Kannada, English, Hindi.
