As an Onboarding and Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for SMS, WABA, RCS, and Voice Services. You will also be responsible for handling first-level troubleshooting of any issues that arise in relation to SMS, WABA, RCS, and Voice Services. In cases where escalation is required, you will coordinate with L2/L3 Teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution. Customer satisfaction is paramount in this role, and you will be expected to provide timely support for any issues raised by our customers. This will involve end-to-end customer handling to address concerns and maintain high levels of satisfaction. Additionally, you will be required to respond to alerts, incidents, and service requests pertaining to the aforementioned services. Your ability to react swiftly and effectively to these situations will be crucial in maintaining our service standards. To ensure round-the-clock support for our customers, you will need to work in a shift-based rotation. Capture insights to support new feature evaluations and product roadmap discussions. High-Value Customer Engagement: Assist in onboarding and managing high-value enterprise customers. Ensure technical alignment, compliance, and continuity in engagement. BRD (Business Requirement Document) Preparation: Draft detailed BRDs for new feature requests and integrations. Coordinate with stakeholders for validation and approval of BRDs
