Key Responsibilities: Material Management: Receive incoming materials and verify against purchase orders and delivery challans. Ensure proper tagging, storage, and safe handling of materials as per prescribed norms. Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels and raise requisitions timely. Issue materials to site execution teams as per indent requests and maintain proper records. Inventory Control & Documentation: Update stock register and ERP/software regularly. Conduct regular physical verification of stocks and report discrepancies. Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Issue Notes, and other relevant documentation. Maintain up-to-date records of inward and outward movement of materials. Coordination: Coordinate with procurement, vendors, transporters, and project teams for material deliveries. Liaise with the Head Office SCM team for inventory and logistics support. Assist in arranging material inspection and approvals when required. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to safety and quality norms in storage practices. Generate and submit regular inventory and consumption reports to management. Support in audits (internal/external) and ensure compliance with documentation protocols.
