Job Description – Sales Executive / Business Development (Waardian – Society Management Platform)About Waardian Waardian is a fast-growing startup providing a smart society management platform that helps housing societies and builders digitize operations. From rent & maintenance collection to complaint tracking, visitor management, and financial reports – Waardian simplifies community living. We also offer white-label solutions for builders to launch apps under their own brand. We are looking for dynamic Sales Executives / Business Development Managers to expand our reach with societies, builders, and channel partners. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and reach out to societies, builders, developers, and channel partners. Pitch Waardian’s subscription models: ₹69 per flat / per month (standard subscription plan) ₹16 per flat / per month Schedule and deliver app demos (online/offline) to decision makers (society committees, RWA, builder teams). Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Work with the marketing team to generate and qualify leads. Represent Waardian at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities. RequirementsProven experience in sales/business development (real estate, SaaS, or community apps preferred). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to connect with society committee members, developers, and property managers. Self-motivated and target-driven with strong organizational skills. Comfort with field visits and online meetings. Basic understanding of mobile apps and digital platforms.
