As a Senior IT Recruiter specializing in US Staffing, you will be based in Madhapur, Hyderabad, working full-time with an experience range of 8 to 10 years. Your typical office hours will be from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm PST (California time). Your primary responsibility will be to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of hiring practices and existing laws pertinent to the US market. You should excel in building a robust talent pool specifically for the IT department of the company. Previous exposure to handling direct client opportunities is essential for this role. A key requirement for this position is your ability to work comfortably during PST (Pacific time zone) shifts. Your experience in recruiting W2-Contractors, particularly US Citizens and Green Card holders, will be crucial. Additionally, you must possess knowledge about various US work Visas such as H1B, E3, and TN, along with familiarity with different US Tax terms like 1099, W2, and Corp-Corp. Your success in this role will rely on your strong grasp of technical requirements, proficiency in sourcing candidates effectively, and possessing exceptional candidate assessment skills. Being self-motivated while also functioning seamlessly as a team player is a must. While not mandatory, experience in recruiting for E-Commerce, Retail, Pharma/Medical devices, or Information Technology services clients would be advantageous. Furthermore, your excellent oral and written communication skills, coupled with proficiency in English, will be vital for effective execution in this role.,
