Quadrant Resource is an established company headquartered in Redmond, WA, and has an offshore center in Hyderabad. We are looking to expand our team of US IT Recruiters. Required Skills: We are looking for a mature, stable, self-motivated, target-oriented, and detail-oriented professional with having minimum hands-on recruiting experience of 6 months to 6 years in the US IT staffing industry for contract, and contract-to-hire requirements for US-based clients. Possesses strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Will be responsible as an individual contributor (Hands-on) with managing, mentoring, training, motivating, and making a team of recruiters, including fresh Trainees, productive. Develop and implement recruitment strategies, tactics, and procedures to meet individual and team recruitment targets. Experience in working mainly with direct clients, Tier-1 Vendors, Implementation partners, and VMO. Strong hands-on experience of using job boards, creating Boolean search strings on Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Indeed, etc., and utilizing multiple recruiting sources, including but not limited to job boards, user groups, LinkedIn, social networking, and other tools and technology sources. Responsible for working closely with the company leadership, Onsite Sales and Account Managers, Off-shore Location heads, to keep a close watch on the gaps, expectations of the clients, and prioritizing the requirements. Well-versed working with the various US consulting tax terms like W2, C2C, and 1099, and US Immigration processes like H1b, OPT, Green Card, and US Citizens.. Attend daily and weekly meetings with the offshore team to discuss and handle high-priority requirements and the performance of the team. Role & responsibilities Identify client requirements for available IT consultants and proactively market bench candidates. Handle full life cycle of bench sales: finding the candidates via cold calling, sourcing requirements, negotiating rates, coordinating interviews, and closing placements. Maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients. Conduct active and passive searches to generate new client leads and requirements. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English. Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Proficient in using MS Office, email communications, and CRM tools. Preferred candidate profile : Prior experience working with direct clients or implementation partners. Existing vendor/client contacts in US IT Staffing.
