Job Title X312-ESG-Payroll Representative Location Bangalore Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities Payroll account reconciliation experience. Preparation and review of Inpat tax calculations. Hands-on involvement in payroll month-end activities, including accruals and payroll journals. Strong working knowledge of SAP. Experience in reporting local benefits for US citizens for W2 form. Understanding of statutory rules, regulations, and reporting requirements across various countries at month/year end. Blackline tool knowledge is an added advantage. Liaison with internal and external auditors for audit planning and execution. Month-end close activities and trial balance (TB) reviews on payroll accounts. Team management and strong stakeholder relationship skills. Basic Qualifications Graduation in any stream. Desired/Preferred Expertise Experience in payroll accounting is required. Prior knowledge of SAP Payroll is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office (mandatory). Experience with S4Hana, SAP, Blackline tool, Global View, and ADP applications is an added advantage. Additional certifications such as FPC/CPP are preferred. Excellent written and oral English communication skills. Experience in stakeholder management. Characteristics Positive, adaptable, and willing to work in a challenging environment. Experience 28 years of relevant experience.
