We are looking for a visionary Lead Front-End Architect to shape the future of our framework and application development. The Role We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Lead Front-End Architect to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for defining the technical vision, architecture, and best practices for our front-end development efforts, with a strong focus on the Vyuh framework (built on Flutter and supporting React). You will lead by example, mentor engineers, and ensure the delivery of scalable, performant, and maintainable applications across diverse industries. This is an opportunity to significantly impact our technology stack and product development lifecycle. Responsibilities Define, design, and evolve the overall front-end architecture for applications built on the Vyuh framework, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. Provide technical leadership and guidance to multiple front-end development teams working with Flutter, React, and the Vyuh framework. Establish and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices for front-end development across the organization. Champion the effective use of both Flutter and React within the Vyuh ecosystem, identifying optimal use cases and integration strategies. Lead initiatives to improve front-end performance, build processes, testing strategies, and overall developer experience. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Back-End Architects to translate requirements into technical designs and implementation plans. Conduct technical reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor mid-level and senior engineers to foster their growth and technical excellence. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks that can enhance our front-end capabilities and the Vyuh framework itself. Oversee the development and maintenance of core front-end components, libraries, and documentation within the Vyuh framework. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert guidance to resolve critical problems. Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in front-end development, cross-platform technologies, and architectural patterns. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. 5-10 years of progressive experience in front-end development, with a significant portion focused on mobile and cross-platform application development. Proven experience in designing and leading the architecture for complex, large-scale front-end applications. Deep expertise in at least two major front-end/cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter, React, React Native, Angular, Vue.js, Svelte, etc. Strong hands-on experience with Flutter is essential. Strong hands-on experience with React is essential. Understanding and experience with building applications using the Vyuh framework or similar complex, multi-framework ecosystems is a significant advantage. Experience building robust applications for at least 2-3 different industries (e.g., Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Finance, Logistics, Education, etc.). Expert-level understanding of core front-end concepts including state management, component-based architecture, asynchronous programming, performance optimization, and testing methodologies. Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring engineers, leading technical initiatives, and driving architectural decisions. Strong understanding of cross-platform development challenges and solutions, including platform-specific differences and native integrations. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges. Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad, India. User Focus: A passion for building exceptional user interfaces and experiences. Bonus Points Experience contributing to open-source projects, especially in Flutter, React, or related libraries. Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Swift/Objective-C, Android/Kotlin/Java). Experience with backend technologies or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
