Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Pune, Maharashtra Employment Type: Full time Company Overview: Vyomic Facades LLP is a company having expertise in designing, manufacturing and installation of high quality system windows and facades. The company has a targeted business presence in Maharashtra, Karnataka and West Bengal at the moment, with intentions to expand its operations in Gujarat, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and other parts of the country. Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our dynamic team, specially focussed on our new retail vertical. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques. Sales Presentations: Present and promote products/services to prospective clients, tailoring pitches to meet their needs. Prospective target audience includes architects, faade consultants, interior designers, developers and direct customers. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Sales Quotas: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities. Marketing: Involve in marketing events such as exhibitions, industry events and presentations. Boost up the social media presence of the company and its products. Think and propose new innovative ideas for marketing. Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Management, Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent. Experience: 4-5 years of work experience in the relevant industry, or in allied industries such as glass, hardware, modular kitchens, furnishings, air conditioning etc. Candidate having an existing network of architects, consultants, developers will be preferred. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Ability to understand and analyse sales metrics. Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tendering & Estimation Engineer to manage the costing, estimation, and bidding process for facade projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analysing tender documents, and supporting the business development team in securing projects. This role requires a deep understanding of facade systems, materials, and construction practices. Key Responsibilities: Tendering & Bidding: Review and analyse tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope and requirements. Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including pre-bid queries, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and compliance statements. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams during pre-bid meetings and clarifications. Prepare detailed bid submissions within stipulated deadlines, ensuring competitive and accurate proposals. a: Prepare cost estimates for materials, fabrication, installation, labor, and logistics based on project drawings and specifications. Source and analyse quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to determine competitive pricing. Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize costs without compromising quality or performance. Maintain a database of suppliers, sub-contractors, and material costs for accurate and updated estimations. Coordination & Support: Work closely with the design, procurement, and project teams to gather technical inputs for accurate estimation. Liaise with vendors and sub-contractors to obtain competitive pricing and negotiate terms when necessary. Assist the sales/business development team in preparing presentations and client proposals. Reporting & Analysis: Track and maintain records of tender submissions, awarded projects, and bid outcomes for management review. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and material cost fluctuations to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Experience: 3–5 years of experience in tendering, estimation, or costing in the windows , facade, glazing, aluminum, or construction industry. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of facade systems (unitized curtain walls, windows, doors, louvers, skylights, etc.) Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software (e.g., ERP or SAP). Knowledge of material specifications, fabrication processes, and construction techniques. Key Competencies: Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously. Team player with strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
