We're building a community-driven platform, and we're looking for passionate Community Managers to help us bring these experiences to life. Role Overview As a Community Manager, you will play a key role in curating, organizing, and hosting experiences in your city. You'll be the bridge between VYB and local users helping people connect, have fun, and build lasting communities through shared interests. What You'll Do: Curate, plan, and manage local experiences (board game nights, art sessions, running clubs, etc.) Engage with community members online and offline Act as a host for events or coordinate with local hosts Identify local trends, venues, and communities that align with VYB's vibe Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events Gather feedback, track attendance, and improve event quality Help build a safe, inclusive, and fun community atmosphere What We're Looking For: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable with public interaction Passion for events, community-building, and bringing people together Well-organized and detail-oriented Familiar with social media, WhatsApp groups, and basic event tools Bonus: Experience hosting events or managing communities Why Join Us?
