Responsibilities Manage and maintain AWS cloud environment. Manage and maintain VMware infrastructure, including VxRail, vSphere, ESXi hosts, vSAN and virtual machines, ensuring high availability and performance. Manage and maintain cisco UCS environment. Manage and maintain Beyond trust password safe environment. Administer Windows servers, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File server and Group Policy management. Monitor the performance and availability of VMware and Windows systems, implementing optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and scalability. Provide L2/L3 support for VMware and Windows-related incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations. Utilize scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, PowerCLI) to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency. Implement and adhere to security policies, procedures, and best practices for VMware and Windows environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Generate reports on system performance and health metrics. Minimum Qualifications / Skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
