Job Title: Client Relationship Executive Location: South India Properties LLP , AMG Towers, Guindy. Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Week off Wednesday or Thursday) Job Description: South India Properties is seeking energetic and goal-oriented Telecallers to join our dynamic sales and marketing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, sharing property-related information, and generating leads through outbound calling. Key Responsibilities: Make a minimum of 160 outbound calls per day to prospective clients. Explain real estate project details and address client inquiries. Generate and follow up on leads to convert into site visits. Maintain a database of customer information and update call records. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments. Meet daily and monthly targets. Requirements: Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English. Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM not Mandatory). Prior experience in real estate telecalling is an advantage. Qualifications & Salary: Experience Level Salary (INR per month) Fresher ₹15,000 1–2 years (Real Estate) ₹18,000 3+ years (Real Estate) ₹25,000 Incentives: Performance-based incentives will be provided in addition to the salary, based on lead conversions and site visits. Growth Opportunities: Potential for promotion to Senior Telecaller or Sales Coordinator based on performance and experience.
