Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop automated test scripts using Python
• Build and enhance automation frameworks for functional, integration, and system testing
• Execute validation and verification of safety-critical software components
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and validate fixes
• Contribute to test planning, traceability, and coverage analysis
• Ensure compliance with safety, reliability, and certification standards
• Participate in reviews, audits, and safety assessments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
• Create accurate test reports, documentation, and traceability matrices
• Perform regression testing and continuously improve automation coverage

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in Automation Testing
• Proficiency in Python scripting
• Experience in automation frameworks such as PyTest / Robot Framework
• Strong understanding of Verification & Validation (V&V) methodologies
• Knowledge of safety-critical system lifecycle (requirements - traceability - test)
• Hands-on experience with test management, defect tracking tools, and CI environments
• Familiarity with safety standards such as DO-178, ISO 26262, IEC 61508, CENELEC
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
