About the Role We are urgently looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst / Delivery Leader with strong expertise in the Salesforce Properties Module (Real Estate, Asset Management, Property Leasing) . You will play a key role as the bridge between business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams, ensuring smooth delivery and support of Salesforce solutions for a Distribution / CPG / Wholesale client in the UAE. Must-Have Experience (Non-Negotiable) 7–10 years total experience as a Business Analyst . 5+ years hands-on Salesforce project experience. Proven expertise in Salesforce Properties Module (Real Estate / Property / Leasing workflows). End-to-end BA skills: requirements gathering, documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria. Experience collaborating closely with Salesforce developers & admins. Strong exposure to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support for Salesforce Properties. Available for full-time, remote delivery on a UAE project . Able to start by 1st October 2025. Preferred Skills Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant). Prior industry experience in Distribution / CPG / Wholesale . Excellent communication skills for remote stakeholder management. Do NOT Apply If You don’t have Salesforce Properties module experience.
