Responsibilities: 1.Lead the QA team across multiple projects, ensuring thorough test coverage for manual and 2.Automation testing. 3.Define and drive QA processes, methodologies, and standards across the SDLC. 4.Design and develop robust automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, or equivalent. 5.Oversee functional, regression, integration, vulnerabilities and performance testing efforts. 6.Conduct manual testing where automation is not feasible or to validate edge/test cases. 7.Review and approve test plans, test cases, and test reports created by team members. 8.Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure product quality. 9.Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies to provide testing estimates and feedback. 10.Ensure traceability of requirements to test cases and defect tracking. 11.Mentor and coach junior QA engineers and build a culture of quality within the team. 12.Monitor and report on key QA metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts. Soft Skills: 1) Should be able to articulate information. 2) Should be able to work independently and collaborate with team as well. 3) Should be able to manage time effectively and efficiently.
