Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize user experience and engagement. Utilize analytics tools to track performance and derive actionable insights. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Translate business hypotheses into testable experiments and deliver measurable outcomes. Maintain high standards of code quality and ensure adherence to best practices in web development. Experience Requirement: 6 - 9 years of hands-on experience in front-end development using modern JavaScript frameworks. Proven expertise in developing responsive and high-performance UI using Angular, React, and AngularJS. Experience with cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and front-end optimization techniques. Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and implementation in production environments. Practical exposure to working in agile environments with CI/CD pipelines. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in complex frontend applications. Education: Any Post Graduation, Any Graduation.
