Job Description: As a VTL Machine Operator at our location in Bharuch, you will be responsible for operating Vertical Turning Lathes (VTL) to ensure the machinery runs smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day tasks will include setting up and operating the machine, performing routine maintenance, monitoring the quality of produced parts, and utilizing hand tools for adjustments. You will collaborate closely with the quality control team to meet production standards and ensure that the finished parts meet specifications. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in machine operation and experience with machinery, along with a good understanding of quality control processes. Familiarity with hand tools, effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are key attributes for success. Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment would be advantageous, and possessing relevant technical certification or vocational training is preferred.
