Role & responsibilities: Job Title: PHP Developer CRM (Vtiger/YetiForce) Location: Bengaluru Experience Level: 3-4 years Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced PHP Developer with hands-on expertise in Vtiger CRM , YetiForce , or similar open-source CRM platforms. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of CRM customization, integration, API development, and a working knowledge of microservice architecture. Familiarity with dialer systems and telephony integration is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Customize and extend CRM functionalities using PHP (Vtiger/YetiForce or similar platforms) Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for CRM integrations Design and implement modules/features based on business requirements Integrate CRM with third-party applications and dialer systems Work within a microservice architecture to build scalable components Debug and resolve performance or functionality issues in the CRM Collaborate with internal teams for end-to-end implementation and testing Required Skills & Qualifications: 3-4 years of professional experience in PHP development Strong working knowledge of Vtiger CRM and/or YetiForce CRM Experience in customizing CRM modules and workflows Proficient in creating and consuming REST APIs Basic understanding of microservice architecture Knowledge of MySQL/MariaDB Familiarity with JavaScript , jQuery , and front-end integration
