To expand our reach and create better awareness, we are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the institute’s courses and programs. Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) and create engaging content. Conduct surveys and promotional activities to generate leads and increase admissions. Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and local communities. Organize and manage advertising, events, and promotional campaigns for admissions. Report daily/weekly progress to management and work towards achieving admission targets. Requirements: Qualification: MBA/MA preferred (Graduates can also apply). Experience: 2 years of experience in marketing/advertising/social media preferred, but freshers with strong skills are welcome . Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English . Strong knowledge of social media marketing, offline & online promotion . Must be honest, loyal, and punctual . Ability to work independently and as part of a team. What We Offer: Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 + incentive per month (depending on experience & skills). Opportunity to grow with the institute and take on more responsibilities.
